IT Skills: Train the IT trainer

This module teaches existing IT users how to deliver IT training to other people. It's aimed at those who have the requirement to run classroom-based computer training courses, to provide help-desk support, or to conduct one-to-one IT coaching sessions.

It concentrates on the behavioral aspects of IT training and coaching to provide the delegate with insight to "why" IT training can be problematic, as well as "how" to train or coach people in IT skills.

The theory is backed up by several skills practices making the module extremely interactive for both delegate and tutor.

Duration: Flexible - 1 or 2 days (the second day is devoted exclusively to extra practice and feedback).

The ideal delegate is: Someone whose job involves running IT training courses, who provides help-desk support, or who performs one-to-one coaching in the work environment.
