We could say the same about people. If we didn't have to manage them, being a manager would be a piece of cake.

Most managers manage people, and people create issues. This module identifies these issues, and explains how to deal with them.

Now, piece of cake anyone ..... ?

Belbin Team Roles
Interpersonal Skills: Questioning, Listening and Feedback
Communicating effectively
Delegation.
