Management Skills: Interviewing Techniques

"So, why do you want this job?"

Is this a good question? Or not such a good question? Well, it really depends on what you want to find out.

This module helps you prepare for recruitment interviews, and gives you the skills you need to conduct them successfully. It helps you understand why interviewees behave the way they do, and shows you how to get the best out of them.

It also shows you the traps you can fall into, and how to prevent that happening.
